You will be issued an as is and tubing license for each package that you purchase. You must link your license on each page that any graphics are displayed AND on a memberships/credit page.
You may not re-sell any content from these packages as they are. You may not create cd's from any content within any area of my site(s). You may not claim any content as your own work, even if you have created other lines to accompany your packages. Copyright remains to me on all graphics contained within this site.

Lineart:
You may add my uncolored lineart package(s) inside your members area as is....unchanged, unedited, as they are. You may also tube any lineart, and you may create any additional clothing or assesories as you wish. You may color the lineart to create tubes to sell 'as is'. My uncolored lineart MAY NOT be re-sold in any 'as is' form, they may only be added to your members area for your members to 'tube'.

Tubes:
My colored tubes MAY be added inside your members area as is...unchanged, unedited, as they are. You may also create end use products to offer from your site with these tubes. MY colored tubes MAY NOT be re-sold in any 'as is' form, they may only be added to your members area for your members to use for end use purposes..

Sigtags:
Sig tags may be added 'as is' to your members area, Siggy clubs as sigtags or premade adoptions.
You may add your own text, and your own little touches to make the siggies more unique to your style. You may animate and add other tubes to create additional differeces to tags. Any credits that are on tags must remain intact.

Special Terms & Conditions:
If you are the owner of multiple sites, this content MAY be added to all of your sites at no additional charge. My terms of use applies to each site that you own, so your license must be displayed & linked back to my site: http://designzbyangela.com
on each page where any content from DBA Original is offered AND on your memberships/credit page.
